The police in the Rhine-Erft district publish the reported domestic burglaries and attempts on a weekly basis.
The district map gives you an overview of the distribution of offenses in the specified period. The display is based on the time of the crime.
This gives you the opportunity to report suspicious observations you have made in the vicinity of the crime scenes to the police.
At the same time, we would like to encourage citizens to report suspicious incidents to the police immediately by calling 110 and to protect their own four walls.
The radar shows a snapshot at the time the report is made.
Subsequent investigations may result in changes that can no longer be corrected in the display.
The display is chosen so that individual crime scenes are not recognizable and therefore no conclusions can be drawn about the injured parties.

The home burglary radar serves to support the campaign "Riegel vor! Safe is safer." Riegel vor - "Together against domestic burglary" has been the motto in the Rhine-Erft district for many years. The police can only counter the phenomenon with the support of citizens.
