(jd) The owner of a warehouse on Laarer Straße discovered on Friday (01.08.) in the morning hours that previously unknown perpetrators had entered the building. According to initial investigations by the police officers called in, the unknown person or persons entered the building through a door on the north side. They stole several copper cables and insulation from inside the warehouse. This resulted in property damage of around 10,000 euros. The crime took place over the past week. Possible witnesses who saw anything conspicuous in the Laarer Straße area during this period are asked to call 05221/8880 for information.
